Can I order same-day delivery?

Yes, we only require you to speak with our chat support team on FB or IG Makati (@thelachryme) & QC (@thelachrymequezoncity) first to verify the available slot.

What are your delivery options?

Self Pick-Up or Booking
We highly recommend that customers with specific timing requirements either personally pick up their flowers or make a booking to ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays.

Booking on Behalf of the Customer
We offer the option to book on behalf of our customers through third-party couriers.


Note: While we do not have control over third-party couriers regarding their delivery time or safety, rest assured that our team will provide clear instructions to ensure the flowers are handled with the utmost care.

LBC Shipping
For orders outside Metro Manila, we use LBC as the exclusive courier service that allows for flower shipments.

What are your Payment Options?

What is your Blooms Aftercare?

This is included in your order!

☀️ Keep away from direct sunlight.

🍃 Gentle dusting with a soft brush.

🛋️ Avoid putting them in rooms with high humidity to avoid molds.

✨ Keep them as is or you may place them in a vase!

Note: If mold persists, you can lightly spray the area with Lysol to kill the bacteria.
